No physical items are shipped.

Access to the template is provided immediately after successful payment confirmation.

Right to Cancel (Digital Content)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases.

However, this right does not apply to digital content once download or access has begun.

By completing your purchase, you:

  • Expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content, and

  • Acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once access to the download is made available.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not available once:

  • The download link has been provided, or

  • Access has been granted through your account.

Refunds will not be issued based on:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect template selection

  • Personal circumstances

  • Dissatisfaction with outcomes resulting from use of the template

Technical Issues

If you experience a genuine technical issue preventing you from accessing your file, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

We will:

  • Investigate the issue

  • Provide a replacement download where appropriate

  • Issue a refund only if the issue cannot reasonably be resolved

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same template more than once, please contact us promptly.

Where verified, we may issue a refund for duplicate transactions.
